Wynand's winemaking approach is terroir-driven and meticulous. His wines seek the harmony of elegance and power – a signature that has evolved vintage by vintage. He believes that great wine begins in the vineyard and is completed with a restrained hand in the cellar. His focus on single-vineyard expressions allowed Lanzerac to reclaim its position as a benchmark estate for Pinotage and Bordeaux-style blends.
